I was kind of disappointed with this package only because it reflects a ceremonial candle which was not provided

I placed my order Feb 12, 2 day shipping. I still have not received it. I would appreciate a human phone call from open ministry. I would like you to reship or refund me so I can use a different organization to get my ordination. I already missed an opportunity to perform a wedding because of the delay. I haven't received a response from the online message I sent to your organisation, the post office is not helping and every time I call them I'm on hold for 30 min and no resolution. I'm frustrated!!!

Julie, Your credential request was placed on 2/11 and shipped out on 2/12 with 5-7 day First Class mail delivery service and on 2/15 your package was lost by USPS. After your initial contact with us on 03/22/2016 we reshipped out a new package with expedited shipping.
