The ceremony package was great. Good quality and timely response.

My only feedback for improvement would be for the system to ask what state the customer plans to perform weddings in. And then prompt them for any addtional state-unique needs.

For example, I received the general Letter of Good Standing and then found out later from the Open Ministry website that a special Letter of Good Standing for Hawaii was required.

Thank you for your prompt delivery of the ceremony package I reciently ordered. My Certification of Ordination and my letter of good standing were very clear, well written and both included the gold seal of the Open Ministry. The Marriage Certificate is also excellent and would be appropriate for any wedding. I will in the future order all materials as I need them from Open Ministries.
