I found the package I ordered to be very helpful. I think it is wonderful to give a marriage certificate to the couple from the minister. The booklet is also very helpful when you are just getting started. I am looking forward to using it. All your information is very helpful. My county does not require us to record with the court house. I have learned, that an adjoining county does require proof and you have to record a copy of your license. It is interesting to learn the laws just for the different counties in my state. So I am sure it will be just as interesting to learn the laws for the different states.
